 Learn variations of preparation design to accommodate arch length inadequacy and arch length redundancy, perception and illusion and how they are used in esthetic smile design and the use of TEK-SCAN analysis to finish smile design cases.
Challenging economic times and the esthetic procedures we can still provide.  Our focus on the upper/lower arch esthetic case often times blinds us to the significant amount of esthetic dentistry that is available to us on a very conservative level.  Awareness of these opportunities enables us to provide the less costly alternative to patients who cannot afford the ideal full arch case.

As important as it is to know how to provide the clinical skills, we cannot do them without case acceptance.  Preoperative analysis of a patients smile through the use of digital photography and the use of cosmetic smile imaging cosmetic Imaging software. Dr Kirltey addresses the successful methods and techniques used in consultations to present the possibilities to the inquiring patient and how to make case presentations relaxed, rewarding and well received.

Evaluation of the inter-relationship of the face and how it impacts the design of a patients smile.  Dr Kirtley will speak about the often forgotten and most concept of CASE Finish. Learn techniques and little tricks to easily craft your patients smile just as they happily imagined..
