While traditional full mouth orthodontics may be the best treatment option for such cases, not all patients will accept that alternative and may desire an option that can yield a satisfactory clinical result in a shorter period of time.  When minor crowding, rotation, or spacing occurs, minor tooth movement utilizing Essix Smile Aligners or correction using ceramic restorative materials may be alternative treatments to offer a patient. Fabricate an Essix Smile Aligner for minor tooth positional corrections and also how to alter tooth preparation to “orthodontically” align the preparation prior to anatomic reduction for restorative materials.
