This
very popular format with Dr. Alex Fluery allows
the participant to receive in-depth training in how to perform
“Precision-Based Endodontics.” The entire morning is dedicated
to lecture material and the afternoon is a comprehensive
hands-on experience.
The morning session covers real world access, the .04 and .06
preparation (orifice to apex) and its benefits, as well as
the most efficient methods to accomplish this canal shape. In
addition to discussing multiple concepts and techniques,
we will focus on the new “Sequence System” for performing, predictable,
reproducible and consistent shaping and objuration.
Quality objuration is virtually assured with the new concepts
and techniques you will learn.
The hands-on session provides the participants the opportunity
to use “Precision-Based” techniques to “machine a preparation”
and objurate canals utilizing the latest Real World Endo technology.
Time will be dedicated to “Preventing the Separation of Rotary
Files”, as well as, developing safe and efficient techniques.
Digital radiography and the use of ultrasonics will also be
available to course participants. We will deliver “Just the
Facts…Nothing but the Facts.”
During
this lecture you will learn how to:
| Visualize
and create the “Ideal Access” preparation |
Make
instrumentation and objuration “Precision-Based” and quality
oriented |
| Fully
understand “Crown-Down” philosophy |
Appreciate
new hand file designs that compliment rotary techniques |
| Appreciate
and perform the fully tapered .04 and .06 preparation |
Experience
“Rheostat-free” Endodontics |
| Differentiate
between Constant and Variable Taper Systems |
Perform
“Painless Endodontics” in your practice |
Attendees
should bring six extracted teeth (two anteriors, two bicuspids
and two molars) accessed and negotiated to length with a 10-k
file in the presence of a lubricant. Attendees should also take
pre-op radiographs of all teeth with the
negotiation file in place.
